Bright Accounting is a powerful single user accounts program for small to medium sized businesses with a wealth of high level features. STOCK CONTROL

Stock control is used to record stock levels, costs, selling prices and the location of stock items.
Product codes can also be used as a means of entering frequently used descriptions into invoices.

COST CENTRE ANALYSIS

Cost centres can be used to analyse data for a variety of reasons, such as salesmen, areas, departments etc. When producing an invoice or posting a purchase invoice, the appropriate cost centre can be entered. It can also be used in conjuction with Time Recording.

IMPORT MODULE

As well as being able to import payroll transactions and transactions from other Bright data files, transactions can be imported from any other Mac or PC program. There is a set transaction format which will be accepted by the Bright software, which can be found in the userguide included in the download file. Transactions can also be imported from other Bright data files for consolidation purposes or for remote users and from Bright Payroll.
The program can also import product lists, customer lists, nominal lists etc., to make setting up your data quicker.

CONTACTS LOG

The Contacts Log will enable you to easily record and recall conversations and notes about your clients
Contacts can be stored separately to customers and suppliers
Lists can be selected by a 6 character code
A limitless number of memos can be logged
Reports can be selected by memo date
Unique mail merge facility, with full Log
Select by notes text, postcode, outstanding balances, last invoiced or last contacted dates
Any number of layouts for mail merge letters can be stored.
