Producing your own unique invoices is simple, as all stationery including statements and remittances can include your own logo and other graphics and text. Just enter your sales and costs and the program will automatically manage any VAT scheme and show your profit and loss report at the click of a button. The contacts log enables you to record and report on dealings you have with your clients. Corrections are simple and can be visible or hidden as required. Transactions can be imported from any other program either when you start using the software or periodically from a database or website system. At year end, just pass the data to your accountant who can have a free copy of the software to prepare your management figures.
