Bright Star is our multi-user, multi-currency product with all the features of Bright Accounting. In addition, you can manage up to 10 currencies and the conversion rates are stored against each transaction. There is no limit to the number of users who can access the data together, additional user licenses can be purchased at any time.

Bright Star can be used by any number of simultaneous users. The data file is held centrally either on a server or on one of the user terminals and a copy of the program is held locally for each user. Any local area network can be used, so there are no additional software costs and you can also connect remotely if required.
Up to 10 different passwords can be set up, and any number of users can share those passwords. The program will allow you to set up read only or write access for any of the modules for each password. To add additional users at any time, simply call us to add user licenses.

MULTI-CURRENCY

Multi currency transactions can be saved for any sales, purchase or nominal account and statements and invoices produced in the relevant currency. Customers and suppliers are setup with a currency indicator. Bank accounts can also be stored and reconciled in any currency. Management reports will convert the accounts at the stored exchange rate which can be changed at any time
Up to 10 user-defined currencies can be recorded within each data file and the exchange rate can be changed when each transaction is saved.
