Our support contracts now include on-line help and email support as well as telephone support between 9.15am and 5pm. The on-line help is available by way of a link to a messaging system similar to MSN or Yahoo where you can enter into conversation with one of our support staff with the additional option of remote control if required. This means that we will be able to connect to your computer to look at your data, run year ends, help install programs or assist with any other problem you are having. The system is extremely secure and access cannot be obtained without your consent on each occasion.

We also offer an email only support option where you will be able to have your support questions answered by means of email. We may ask you at times to attach your data so that we can look into any problems you have.

Adhoc & Data care

If you need any help with your data such as correcting errors, importing transations, upgrading data etc. you can email a copy of it to us.  The work is chargeable at £75+VAT per hour.
